Timothy M. Nolan, Ph.D. has been consultant to a wide variety of organizations since 1973. He is president of both the Center for Leadership Excellence, Inc. and Innovative Outcomes, Inc. Author or co-author of 33 books on topics including strategic planning, leadership, marketing and organizational systems excellence, Dr. Nolan also has nearly 40 years of management experience. His Applied Strategic Planning™ model is in use in thousands of organizations across the English-speaking world. His strategic planning clients have included the U.S. Treasury, Allied Van Lines, Opryland, Los Angeles County Public Library, Waukesha Electric Systems and hundreds of others in a wide variety of settings.

Tony Reilly, Ph.D. is an organizational effectiveness consultant and trainer with 40 years of experience. Dr. Reilly has been an internal organizational consultant for Eli Lilly
Pharmaceuticals and an independent consultant working with a wide range of clients in nonprofit, government and corporate settings. He specializes in team effectiveness, executive development and leadership development. Having trained with Will Schutz, creator of the Human Element, he has a deep interest in working with individuals to maximize their professional growth.

Barbara Haxton, MHRD is executive director of Ohio Head Start Association. She has 27 years experience as a manager. Her consulting interests include leadership development, human resource development, organizational development, systems, and training design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in human resource development. She is a certified trainer for The Human Element™ and Applied Strategic Planning™.

Dennis J. Sykes, Ph.D. has worked as an organizational effectiveness consultant and
trainer in a variety of settings since 1982. He has worked as a consultant to a variety of
community agencies, professional organizations, and various federal, state, and local governmental entities to address a variety of organizational issues. He is certified in the Applied Strategic Planning™ model and is also a Human Element™ session leader. He is currently director of the Early Childhood Quality Network at Ohio State University.

Beverly Conley, BSN, RN is an independent consultant and trainer with 14 years of consulting experience across a variety of organizational settings. Her consulting interests include organization effectiveness, leadership development, health services and strategic planning. Conley also has 17 years experience as a manager in health and human services settings. She is a certified trainer for The Human Element™ and Applied Strategic Planning™.
